Brightfold for Educators — beta terms
Last updated October 7, 2026
Brightfold for Educators is a free beta of Brightfold Scholar for individual educators. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
- You are an educator and at least 18 years old. Students may not create accounts.
- Do not enter students' names or other personal information about students. Use initials or made-up names when you need an example. Brightfold for Educators is not covered by a school's data privacy agreement.
- The service is free and includes a daily allowance of AI usage. We may change the allowance, the tools offered, or pause new sign-ups at any time.
- What you create is yours to use in your teaching. Check AI output before you use it: it can be wrong.
- Requests are screened automatically for safety. Accounts that misuse the service may be suspended.
- You can delete your account at any time from your profile in Scholar, or ask us to by emailing everton@monogram.io. Inactive accounts may be removed.
- The beta is provided as is, without warranties.
